Shipping

Orders placed on Ama-sport.com are shipped between 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped from Denmark. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with all tracking information. Kindly reach out to us at support@ama-sport.com if you haven’t received a shipping confirmation in your inbox within 4 business days of having placed your order.

We ship to the following countries:

— All EU countries, UK, Norway, Switzerland: 1-2 or 3-4 business days, depending on the selected shipping method.

— USA, Canada: 2-4 business days or 6-8 business days, depending on the selected shipping method.

— Australia, New Zealand: 3-4 or 8-10 business days, depending on the selected shipping method.

— Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore: 3-4 or 8-10 business days, depending on the selected shipping method.

— UAE: 3-4 or 8-10 business days, depending on the selected shipping method.

 All prices listed on Ama-sport.com are including VAT. Please note that international orders to outside of the EU may be subject to customs fees in the destination country. Ama Sport does not have any control over if, and how much, you are charged in customs. Ama Sport is not responsible for any additional costs charged by the destination country’s customs. Custom processes can delay deliveries.

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange an item?

— Simply email support@ama-sport.com with “Exchange” and your order number in the subject field. In the email, please write your order number, the item(s) and size(s) you would like to return and the item(s) and size(s) that you would like to receive instead.

— Once we have confirmed your exchange request, you will receive a payment link and return label for the return shipping. If the value of your new items exceeds that of your exchanged items, the outstanding amount must be paid along with the return label. If the value of your new items is lower than that of your exchanged items, the amount owed to you will be subtracted from the amount returned to your payment method.

— Following that, you must pack the item(s) that you wish to exchange in original packaging with hangtags and everything attached. The package must be handed in at a parcel shop location of the given shipping provider.

— Once we have received your exchanged items, the new items will be shipped on their way to you and a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Returns

Would you like to return an item?

Returns must be placed within 14 days of delivery. To make a return please send an email to support@ama-sport.com  with the following information.

1. Your name and address (or order number.)

2. Please specify the item that you want to return/exchange and reason why (wrong size, not as pictured, etc). The product(s) must be brand new with original tag(s), label(s) and packaging(s). If one item is defective please include the description and photos of the defect.

3. Please allow our Customer Service team 48 hours from the time you email us to get back to you with return label and/or refund for your purchase.

If the product has been purchased from a retailer, please get in touch with the retailer directly for support.

— After we have confirmed your return request, you will receive a return shipping label and the cost for this will be deducted from the amount owed by Ama Sport to you.

— From there, pack the return item(s) in original packaging with hangtags, hygienic stickers and everything attached and drop them off at a parcel shop location of the given shipping provider. Garments that are soiled, damaged or altered will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer without a refund

— The return amount will be transferred to the method of payment used for your initial order. Please allow 1-4 business days for the outstanding amount to be transferred into your account. 

In Case Of Items In Cart Becoming Sold Out

If an item in your cart has been sold out before you have had the opportunity to check out and complete your order, it will automatically be removed from your cart.

Kindly note that it can occur that one or more items in your cart cannot be fulfilled after your order has been placed. This very rarely happens however if it does, you will receive an email from Ama Sport notifying you of this with the full amount being refunded into your account.
