Welcome to  Ama Sport at www.ama-sport.com, owned by Ama Sport CVR 3023998. By accessing and using this website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please review them carefully before placing an order.  

Shopping on our site 

1. Browse
Click “View Product” for detailed information on any item.  

2. Purchase  
Select your desired size and click “Add to Cart.” A summary will appear in a pop-up window. Close the window to continue shopping or proceed to checkout by clicking the cart icon.  

3. Check-out 
Click the basket icon and then “Check Out” to complete your purchase.  

4. Information for delivery 
Provide your email address and phone number for shipping purposes. Choose shipping to your address or collection from the Ama Sport office in Humlebaek. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Verify your information before completing your order.  

5. Payment
Enter your payment details and click “Pay Now.” A confirmation email with your invoice will follow shortly.  

6. Invoice 
You’ll receive an order confirmation email, followed by shipping updates once your order is dispatched.  

VAT & Import Fees

Prices are displayed in DKK, EUR, or USD depending on your location. 

EU orders include 25% VAT and are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).  

Non-EU orders are Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), excluding Danish VAT.

Customers may incur local taxes or duties.  

Insurance and Delivery  

Orders are insured during transit until delivered to the address provided.  

Returns are the customer’s responsibility until received at Ama Sport’s office: Ejlersvej 3, 3050 Humlebæk, Denmark.  

Payment Methods 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and MobilePay.  

Orders are only fulfilled upon confirmation email with invoice and shipping details.  

Discount codes cannot be applied after an order is placed.  

Security

Your personal information is kept private and confidential and will at no point be shared with any third party

Returns & Refunds 

1. Email support@ama-sport.com within 14 days of delivery with your name, order number, and reason for return.  

2. Items must be in original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact.  

3. Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and a shipping label (deducted from your refund).  

 

Refund Process  

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 1–4 business days of receiving the returned item.

 
Items that are soiled, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.  

 

Defective Goods

All items include a 2-year warranty under Danish law.  

 Faulty items will be refunded or replaced if manufacturing defects occur within 24 months of purchase.

 For defects, email support@ama-sport.com with photos and descriptions.

Order Cancellation

To cancel your order, email support@ama-sport.com with “Return + [Your Name] + [Order Number]” in the subject line. All shipping costs related to returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
